The room was large, comfy and well lit. The staff were superb and my request to have a room overlooking the hotel backyard and the lovely Bologna's hills was no issue for them. Breakfast was a triumph, with plenty of choice, including various types of fresh bread, jams and various spreads plus fresh fruit and more continental eggs, bacon and smoked salmon. Fantastic!

Good choice at breakfast and plenty for everyone. Food was well presented and facilities were clean. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Staff helped with last minute arrangements and gave helpful advice when exploring Bologna.

We loved everything about our stay! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The location is perfect and the staff is AMAZING! They helped us out during a train strike and we appreciated it so much! Thanks again!

Overall, I paid very highly due to Bologna Children's Book Fair season. Roughly paid 2~3 times more than usual. However, without the cost consideration, the hotel itself is very satisfactory. The staffs at the reception desk are all of them very friendly. I've been to many other hotels around the world and these staffs are among top 10% in terms of friendliness. Location is perfect, just in front of the main station. Room size is quite OK. Also, very practically, there are more than a few towel/clothes hanger which were very useful.

The room was great. Very comfortable and well cleaned. The space, utilities and furniture in the room are more than enough. The bathroom is big and comfortable which we are not used to in new generation hotels. The hotel staff is lovely and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The common areas of the hotel are also very inviting. The location of the hotel is perfect. Just opposite the train station and at the entrance of the main street connecting the station to the city square. Thus, there is no need to worry about dragging suitcases around the city. My only (and the best) choice for Bologna...

The location is very close to the train station, which was excellent for our trip because we arrived from the airport by train around 21:30 and were able to check in with no issues. Also, we took the bus to and from Unipol arena, which also dropped us near the train station. This was very convenient as we were again very close to the hotel. The train station area feels safe, even at night. There are some homeless people in the area, but they did not bother us, and I think this is common in many parts of the city. As for the hotel itself, it was clean, rooms looked nice and well maintained, the staff was helpful and polite.

1: Location: very close to station ( 5min by walking). City center is like 15 minutes walk. They have also very pizzeria nearby. You can take help from reception for reservations in any pizzeria restaurant. 2: staff : good , helpful and very cooperative throughout the stay. 3: Room size : ok could be little better for family room. 4: Breakfast: they don’t have much option in breakfast menu. If you are omlete lover then don’t book breakfast buffer because for omlete you need to pay extra 5 euro and same for pancake. 5: noise level : not at all noisy 6: comfort level : beds are really good . We all have very nice sleep .
